Regional Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute region-specific social media strategies that support the brokerage’s overall marketing and business objectives.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and compliance regulations (MFSA and FSA).
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with the global marketing and regional teams to localize content and campaigns for regional audiences.
Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand the brokerage’s social media presence.
Collaborate closely with marketing, compliance, and legal teams to ensure all social media activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the Forex or Prop Firm services industries.
Marketing agency experience is to be considered a bonus
Sound knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Strong understanding of compliance regulations related to social media in the financial industry, including knowledge of regulatory bodies such as FSA and FCA
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
