I have paid for an FXIFY challenge, when will I receive my account details?
We will start processing your FXIFY account as soon as we receive the payment. We normally process your FXIFY account within just a few hours.
When we create your trading account, you will receive your FXIFY account details via email, and your login credentials to the trading platform can be found directly in your Client Area and via email.

Make sure you safeguard your login credentials and that you don’t authorise anybody besides yourself to access them.
